My Beloved Mother
Last June 24, 2008, my mother Mrs. Glory Ribunal has been diagnosed with Leukemia. She is only 55 years old.
Last June 24, 2008, my mother Mrs. Glory Ribunal has been diagnosed with Leukemia. She is only 55 years old. She is in the Philippines right now. I am asking for people to please pray for my mother. I am invoking the help of God through St. Jude Thaddeus.According to the doctor, my mother needs a series of chemotherapy for the next six months. The first three months are the critical ones. She's almost finished with her second chemotherapy. The signs are good. My mother is fighting back. This is the reason why we can never give up. And we will never give up. Our chances are great.
She is a strong woman. She is the best mother anyone can ever have.
I don't want to lose her. She is as much a part of my life as is breathing.

O glorious Apostle St. Jude, true relative of Jesus and Mary, I salute you through the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. Through this Heart, I praise and thank God for all the graces He has bestowed upon you. Humbly prostrate before you, I implore you through this Heart to look down upon me with compassion. Despise not my poor prayer and let not my trust be in vain. To you has been assigned the privilege of aiding mankind in the most desperate cases. Oh, come to my aid that I may praise the mercies of God. All my life I will be grateful to you and will be your faithful client until I can thank you in heaven. Amen.
Dear Apostle and Martyr for Christ, you left us an Epistle in the New Testament. With good reason many invoke you when illness is at a desperate stage. We now recommend to your kindness Glory Ribunal who is in a critical condition. May the cure of this patient increase her faith and love for the Lord of Life, for the glory of our merciful God. Amen.
