Saint John Bosco
He had to do something. He saw so many young people in the streets, without an education and without a future, and he could not bear it. He put his creativity to work. With his mom’s help, he started workshops and schools for street youth. Many started to come, and other priests joined. The Salesian Congregation was born that way. Throughout the world, Salesians today are devoted to youth ministry. That’s what they say about the pebble which makes many ripples, right?
